Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Talk, connect, understand, and handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, and guide them to the right pet. Help customers choose wisely. Recommend pets based on lifestyle, space, breed behavior, and real care needs. Close the deal. Turn that connection into a booking. After that? The post-sales team takes over. Follow up smartly. People take time to decide you’ll be there when they’re ready. Focus on value. We don’t upsell unnecessarily; we build confidence, trust, and long-term relationships.
