Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can actively drive student enrollments through direct outreach, relationship building, and structured follow-ups. This is a high-impact role where your communication and persuasion skills will directly contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage with leads via phone and other channels to promote our Programs.
• Understand customer pain points and tailor the pitch accordingly.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Record all conversations and lead status in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve pitch effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in 

  English and Malayalam

  .
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRMs.
• Ability to listen, understand problems, and pitch solutions effectively.
• Highly organized and motivated to meet deadlines and targets.
• Prior experience in sales, EdTech, or customer support is a plus (not mandatory).
• Recent graduates or final-year students are also welcome.
