This is a high-impact role where your communication and persuasion skills will directly contribute to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Contact and engage with leads via phone and other channels to promote our Programs. Understand customer pain points and tailor the pitch accordingly. Manage inbound and outbound leads, and ensure timely follow-ups. Record all conversations and lead status in the CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve pitch effectiveness. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam . Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRMs. Ability to listen, understand problems, and pitch solutions effectively. Highly organized and motivated to meet deadlines and targets. Prior experience in sales, EdTech, or customer support is a plus (not mandatory). Recent graduates or final-year students are also welcome.
