Experience: 2–5 years (preferred in IT sales, SaaS, ERP, or Odoo solutions)
Salary: 12k -35k

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand our international market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT solutions sales, a strong understanding of ERP software (especially Odoo), and the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage international business opportunities in India (50%), UAE & Arab regions (30%), and Australia (20%).
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Pitch Odoo ERP solutions and IT services to potential clients in industries like manufacturing, trading, e-commerce, services, and big retail.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that target international audiences.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry trends to improve sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or ERP solutions sales (Odoo experience is a plus).
  • Strong international sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages like Arabic would be a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different time zones.
