Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients for staffing and recruitment services.
• Reach out to HR decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Generate leads and maintain client databases.
• Support in preparing and sharing company profiles, presentations, and proposals.
• Schedule meetings between clients and internal teams.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and maintain long-term relationships.
• Assist in preparing quotations, agreements, and other business documents.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on business development progress.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Networking and prospecting ability.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and staffing industry preferred.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
