Job Summary: Job Title: Sales Engineer (US Market) Experience: 2-4 years Job Location: Bangalore Job Family: Quality Engineering We are hiring a Sales Engineer who blends technical awareness with sharp communication skills to support our US-facing business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who can write high- conversion outbound emails, take ownership of research and outreach coordination, and collaborate directly with Senior Sales Advisors based in the US. You will work from our Bangalore office and support the sales cycle for Development, QA, Automation Testing, and DevOps services offered to US-based product companies, GCCs, and mid-sized enterprises. Your daily focus will include email-first prospecting, scribing live client calls, and providing prospect intelligence and input for each outreach campaign. Job Responsibilities: Write high-quality personalized outbound emails tailored to US-based CTOs, Product Owners, and Engineering Heads Execute outreach using Apollo.io, Seamless AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and GPT-based tools Collaborate with US-based Senior Sales Advisors to align on strategy and campaign priorities Join sales/discovery calls and act as scribe, capturing notes, cues, objections, and action items Conduct company and industry research to support contextual outreach Draft industry-specific messaging and insight briefs Maintain high data hygiene in Zoho CRM Support with cold calls or follow-up calls post-email engagement Excellent English business communication (written and verbal) Hands-on with Apollo.io, Seamless AI, Zoho CRM, and LinkedIn Navigator Proficient in using GPT tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for writing and research Experience supporting international Sales Advisors in scribe/research/outreach roles Familiarity with Software Development, QA, Automation Testing, and DevOps services Job Qualifications and Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred) MBA/PGDM in Marketing, IT, or Business (preferred but optional) Email response and meeting conversion rates Quality and timeliness of call notes and summaries Relevance of research briefs Conversion on supportive cold calls CRM task and pipeline update compliance Exposure to BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or SaaS verticals Knowledge of Agile/CI-CD environments and engineering terminology Experience in proposal support or sales enablement material creation
