As a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) at our company located in Madurai, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients and converting leads into clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels. - Clearly explaining our company services such as thesis, research papers, journal publication, and synopsis while closely understanding client needs. - Following up with leads to convert them into clients and maintaining good relationships with existing clients. - Meeting monthly and quarterly business targets. - Keeping records of sales activities and preparing reports using CRM tools. - Providing suggestions to improve sales strategies and enhance client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Good presentation and interpersonal skills. - Target-oriented with a positive attitude. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. - Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: 0.5 - 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the educational or research services sector.
