Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. The Business Development Executive will actively engage with clients, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and implement business development strategies to contribute to the growth of Protrainy.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Experience in Business Strategy, including creating growth opportunities and competitive analysis
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in Account Management, including handling client inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
Self-motivated and result-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with the e-learning or education sector is an advantage
