Business Development Executive

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and research potential clients in domestic and international markets.
  
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns and networking platforms.
  
• Maintain and update lead databases (CRM).
  

2. Client Interaction & Sales

• Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with prospective clients.
  
• Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT/KPO services.
  
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
  
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  

3. Market Research & Strategy

• Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  
• Suggest strategies to improve business reach and client conversion.
  
• Identify new service opportunities and potential business verticals.
  

4. Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
  
• Maintain client satisfaction and coordinate with the delivery/operations team for smooth onboarding.
  

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
  
• Track sales performance, targets, and conversion ratios.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.
  

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Good understanding of IT services / KPO processes
  
• Lead generation and client acquisition skills
  
• Negotiation and closing abilities
  
• CRM tools knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
  
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred)
