Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), email campaigns, and networking.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose tailored IT outsourcing solutions.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in IT outsourcing or technology services.
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and handling international clients.
Familiarity with IT services such as software development, web/mobile apps, cloud, ERP, etc.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms.
