Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities via tenders, portals, and networking.
  • Review RFQs/RFPs and prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal inputs and documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors for quotes and technical support.
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up on upcoming projects.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliant proposals.
  • Support in contract finalization and project handover.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Understanding of engineering/project-based bidding processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus.
    Attention to detail with strong analytical and documentation skills.
