Key Responsibilities

  • The primary goal is to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships.
  • Identify & Pursue: Research, identify, and engage new business opportunities in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, and software service sectors .
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads actively through various channels (calls, emails, networking, exhibitions, meetings).
  • Presentations: Create customized product and service presentations/email templates to key decision-makers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proposal Creation: Collaborate with technical and operations teams to prepare customized solutions and proposals.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Data Management: Use MS Excel for lead tracking, data management, and trend analysis.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly business report

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation and client visits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Candidates who possess the following attributes will have an added advantage:
  • Having an Engineering degree/background is a definite plus.
  • Experience in IIoT Sales and/or B2B/B2C sales from Aerospace & Defence industries.
  • Experience using tools like Lusha or Apollo.io.
