Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and research potential architects, builders, real estate developers, and construction firms in the assigned territories.
    • Proactively initiate and conduct regular meetings with target clients to present Homworks.com's services and solutions for home interior projects.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for interior projects.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with architects, builders, and other key stakeholders in the construction and interior design ecosystem.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for new business inquiries and client onboarding.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:

    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments within the assigned geographic areas.
    • Provide market intelligence and insights to the management team to help refine business development strategies.
  • Proposal & Presentation:

    • Understand client requirements thoroughly and collaborate with the design and operations teams to propose tailored interior solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs for new project acquisition.
    • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to secure interior design projects.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities in a CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on business development progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the design, project management, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years preferred) in business development or sales, specifically within the home interiors, real estate, construction, or related industries.
