Job Title: Modular Installation Team Member (Multiple Roles: Installation Manager, Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Measurement Executive) Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our Modular Installation Team. This team is responsible for the efficient and accurate installation of modular components at designated locations. Depending on the specific role and experience, team members will contribute to the project through various responsibilities, including overall project leadership, day-to-day coordination, on-site supervision, and precise site measurement. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality installations according to project timelines and specifications. Responsibilities: Installation Manager: Lead and oversee all aspects of the modular installation project, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, team management, budget control, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Project Management : Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the installation project, track progress, manage documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Site Supervision: Oversee on-site installation work, direct the installation team, interpret plans, ensure quality and safety, troubleshoot issues, and report progress. Measurement Execution: Take accurate measurements at the installation site, document findings, interpret drawings, and communicate critical dimensional data to the team to ensure precise fitting of modular components. Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and successful project completion. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies promptly. Ensure the proper handling and care of modular components and equipment. Requirements: Experience in installation or construction related fields is preferred. Specific experience with modular installations is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
