Job Description

Job Title: Cost & Estimation / Billing Manager- Corporate & Commercial Interiors

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost & Estimation / Billing Manager to manage project costing, quantity take-offs, contractor billing, and financial tracking for our corporate and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

A.Costing & Estimation:

.

• Conduct precise quantity take-offs from AutoCAD/GFC layouts.

• Develop project cost estimates, rate breakdowns, and tender submissions.

• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure BOQs align with specifications.

B. Rate Analysis & Budget Management:

• Analyze vendor and contractor quotations.

• Conduct market rate analysis for materials and services.

• Prepare project budgets and monitor actual costs.

• Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

C. Contractor Billing & Reconciliation:

• Validate and certify Running Bills (RA Bills) based on site measurements.

• Prepare reconciliation statements for BOQ vs actual executed work.

• Coordinate with site teams for physical verification and documentation.

D. Client Billing & Documentation:

• Prepare client invoices and milestone-based billing.

• Maintain complete billing documentation for audits.

• Track receivables and ensure timely bill submissions.

E. Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with project, site, procurement, and design teams.

• Provide periodic cost tracking and billing reports.

• Maintain organized estimation and billing documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of commercial interior works, materials, and service rates.

• Understanding of civil, electrical, MEP, carpentry, and finishing measurements.

• Ability to read AutoCAD and GFC drawings.

Software Expertise:

• MS Excel (Advanced mandatory)

• Word & PowerPoint

• AutoCAD (measurement extraction)

• ERP/Billing software (preferred)

Professional Competencies:

• High numerical accuracy

• Strong documentation skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Detail-oriented and ethical work approach

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
