Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Corporate & Commercial Interiors

Position Overview:

Valenso Spaces is seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth and client acquisition within the corporate and commercial interior sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Development

• Identify, pursue, and acquire corporate clients including MNCs, enterprises, co-working firms, retail brands, and PMCs.

• Drive targeted plans to increase business revenue and market presence.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with CXOs, facility managers, procurement heads, and key decision-makers.

• Ensure seamless communication, client satisfaction, and repeat business.

3. Proposal, Pitching & Coordination

• Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare concept presentations, BOQs, and proposals.

• Lead presentations and manage the pitch-to-conversion cycle.

4. Target Achievement & Revenue Ownership

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain structured sales pipeline and CRM updates.

5. Negotiation & Contract Finalization

• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and deliverables.

• Support preparation of LOIs, MOUs, and agreements.

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Skills:

• Strong understanding of commercial interiors and corporate fit-out processes.

• Proven B2B sales experience in interiors, construction, or related industries.

Professional Competencies:

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• Strong communication and presentation ability.

• Strategic thinking and consultative selling.

Software Proficiency:

• MS Office Suite • CRM tools (preferred)

• Basic understanding of interior drawings (advantage)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields.

• Experience Required: 3–8 years in Business Development for commercial interiors or related B2B sectors.
