Job Description

As a practitioner for an Ayurveda clinic, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality Ayurvedic healthcare treatment ie Medicine to patients (coming to the Ayurveda clinic) and ensuring effective outcomes. You will be located at Central Office.
We will be starting with treating patients suffering from Osteoarthritis.We expect you to be compassionate, emphatic towards patients, explaining them clearly and focussed towards curing them. Job Title: Presales / Telesales ExecutiveJob Summary:The Presales / Telesales Executive will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, providing relevant information about products or services, and working closely with the sales team to close deals. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with prospective clients.Key Responsibilities:Contact potential clients via phone, email, or online platforms to introduce the companys products or services.Gather customer information, understand their needs, and assess whether they are a good fit for the company's offerings.Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.Respond to incoming inquiries and requests in a timely manner.Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, follow-ups, or product demos.Maintain and update a database of prospective clients, track all activities, and provide detailed reports on lead status.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Stay updated on product knowledge, company promotions, and new services.Address client queries and overcome objections to generate sales.Develop strong relationships with potential clients to ensure long-term retention.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.Previous experience in teleconsulting, telemarketing, or a related customer engagement role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Empathetic and patient-focused approach.Proficiency in using phone systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.Strong problem-solving and persuasion skills.Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.Conversant in Hindi, English, Marathi
