Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Pune. The Business Development Executive will work to identify and generate new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, and manage existing accounts. Daily responsibilities will include prospecting, lead generation, creating and delivering business proposals, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies for growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to effectively identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Strong skills in Business Strategy and Account Management to cultivate lasting client relationships and manage key accounts.
Exceptional Communication skills to present ideas, engage clients, and collaborate with team members seamlessly.
Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to meet targets and deadlines independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the education sector or sales-oriented roles is a plus.
