Job Description

We are hiring for the role of Business Development Executive

Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Create detailed proposals and presentations to convert leads into sales.
Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, bidding portals, online platforms) to generate qualified leads.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation targeting decision-makers in relevant industries.
Qualify and prioritize leads based on business development criteria.
Manage and update lead information in CRM tools.
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and sales activities.

Key Skills

Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Knowledge of software development, web technologies, mobile apps, and AI/ML.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in lead generation and sales support.
Proficiency in lead generation tools and techniques.
Good knowledge of email marketing and its tools.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in cold emailing and client communication.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads.
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

Graduate with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in IT services/consulting.
Hands-on experience in client acquisition through bidding portals and professional networking.
Must be based in Ahmedabad with strong knowledge of IT sales processes.
