Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms.
  • Convert prospects into qualified leads and facilitate site visits.
  • Present and promote residential/commercial real estate projects to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Able to talk clearly and confidently with clients and team members
  • Can handle issues smartly and quickly
  • Works well with others in the company
  • Always ready to learn, grow, and face challenges
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales presentation skills
