We are looking for a confident and dynamic female candidate for the role of Business Development Executive Role & responsibilities Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms. Convert prospects into qualified leads and facilitate site visits. Present and promote residential/commercial real estate projects to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Able to talk clearly and confidently with clients and team members Can handle issues smartly and quickly Works well with others in the company Always ready to learn, grow, and face challenges Strong communication, negotiation, and sales presentation skills
