Position Overview

Business Development Executive

lead generation, client acquisition, proposal creation


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    , Upwork, email outreach, and networking
  • Pitch

    Game Development

    ,

    Unity/Unreal development

    ,

    AR/VR/XR solutions

    , and

    Mobile Game services

  • Identify potential clients in gaming, tech startups, enterprise training, e-learning, and simulation sectors

  • Prepare project proposals, presentations, and pricing documents

  • Manage the entire sales pipeline

    from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements
  • Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build long-term partnerships with brands, agencies, and global clients


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in

    Business Development

    IT Sales

    Game Development Sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
