Job description
A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth.
1. Market Research and Lead Generation:
o Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
o Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
2. Client Engagement:
o Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives to tailor our QMS solutions accordingly.
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
3. Pre-Sales Demos:
o Prepare and deliver compelling pre-sales product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our QMS software.
o Customize presentations based on the specific needs and interests of potential clients.
o Address client questions and objections effectively during the demo.
4. Proposal Development:
o Work closely with the sales and product teams to create persuasive proposals and RFP responses.
o Ensure proposals align with client requirements and highlight our unique selling points.
5. Sales Support:
o Provide sales support by assisting in the creation of sales collateral, product documentation, and case studies.
o Participate in sales meetings and contribute valuable insights to close deals.
6. CRM Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
o Use the CRM to track progress, forecast sales, and generate reports to COO
7. Market Feedback:
o Gather feedback from clients and the market to inform product improvements and enhancements.
o Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
o Attend or present in relevant conferences and exhibitions
