Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to explore new business opportunities within the educational sector. You will oversee the entire sales process, starting from initial outreach to showcasing our VR solutions and finalizing agreements with schools. You will engage in cold calling, email, and social media outreach to connect with educational institutions and introduce our VR solutions. It will be crucial to identify key decision-makers and assess prospects" needs and financial constraints to qualify leads effectively. Your role will also involve scheduling and conducting personalized presentations and VR product demonstrations to exhibit how our solutions can improve learning experiences. Moreover, you will be expected to maintain regular communication with prospects, address their inquiries, and facilitate a smooth evaluation process. In addition, you will negotiate pricing and propose tailored solutions to meet client expectations, thereby securing deals and establishing enduring partnerships. Collaborating with the onboarding team post-sales will be essential to ensure a seamless transition and provide ongoing support to clients. Ideal candidates for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, with fresh graduates also being encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, particularly for engaging with decision-makers, are essential. Confidence in cold calling and presenting intricate solutions, as well as the ability to manage multiple prospects through the sales pipeline, are key qualifications. A proactive demeanor and a willingness to familiarize oneself with our VR solutions are highly valued attributes.
