Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Engage with

    hot inbound leads

    provided by the company (no cold calling).
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Build rapport and trust with prospects to ensure smooth conversions.
  • Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals on a daily basis.
  • Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and closure updates in CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly closure targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in

    inside sales / customer acquisition / lead closing

    (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Other languages are a plus).
  • Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in achieving closures.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain structured follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools / lead management systems

    and basic MS Office/Google Sheets.

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve monthly sales target of 1.5L2L in closures.
  • Consistently maintain a high lead-to-sale conversion ratio.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
