Role & responsibilities Engage with hot inbound leads provided by the company (no cold calling). Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions. Build rapport and trust with prospects to ensure smooth conversions. Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals on a daily basis. Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and closure updates in CRM. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly closure targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Preferred candidate profile 1-3 years of experience in inside sales / customer acquisition / lead closing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Other languages are a plus). Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in achieving closures. Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain structured follow-ups. Familiarity with CRM tools / lead management systems and basic MS Office/Google Sheets. Performance Expectations : Achieve monthly sales target of 1.5L2L in closures. Consistently maintain a high lead-to-sale conversion ratio. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
