Business Development Executive - Field Marketing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach. Your main task will involve pitching customized travel packages to HNI clients, corporates, and travel agents. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners will be crucial to meet sales targets and generate leads through online/offline channels. You will also need to coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction. Attending travel expos, trade fairs, Business Networking meetings, and B2B networking events will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach. - Pitch customized travel packages to HNI clients, corporates, and travel agents. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. - Meet sales targets and generate leads through online/offline channels. - Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Attend travel expos, trade fairs, Business Networking meetings, and B2B networking events. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel/tourism sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. - Passion for travel and customer-centric mindset. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
