Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Doctor Visits: Build and maintain relationships with doctors to increase referrals. Conduct regular visits to clinics and hospitals to promote Femcare Fertilitys services. Market Survey: Conduct field surveys to identify potential markets and understand patient demographics. Analyze competition and provide insights for strategic planning. Organizing CMEs (Continuing Medical Education): Plan, organize, and execute CME events to educate healthcare professionals about our services and latest advancements. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure successful event execution. Business Growth: Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive patient volume. Act as a liaison between doctors, patients, and the clinic. Requirements: Education: Graduation in any field; preference for candidates with BSc or Bpharma. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good networking abilities and a proactive attitude. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
