Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through successful business development efforts. You will be required to identify potential clients and leads through various lead generation activities, nurture existing client relationships, and build new ones with potential clients. Additionally, you will be developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals, negotiating terms, closing deals, and managing contracts with clients. It will also be essential for you to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders through presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients and leads through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities. - Relationship Building: Nurture existing client relationships and build new ones with potential clients. - Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. - Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage contracts with clients. - Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. - Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, prepare and deliver presentations. - Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through successful business development efforts. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities. - Excellent presentation skills. - Fluency in Hindi preferred.
