Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle for IT service and development projects using Agile methodologies. Engage directly with clients and stakeholders from the US and Australia, often during early morning hours. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Use Azure DevOps and JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and task assignment. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Prepare and present detailed project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to clients and internal leadership. Drive continuous improvement in processes, team performance, and client satisfaction. Manage project budgets, risks, and change requests effectively. Ensure all project documentation, including SOWs, timelines, and release notes, is maintained and updated. Come to the office regularly and coordinate with onsite teams for delivery alignment. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and JIRA is mandatory. Strong background in software development projects, preferably with direct delivery involvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with C-level clients. Proven experience in creating and presenting reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights. Qualification - MBA Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or PMP certification preferred. Experience working with international clients, especially in North America and Australia.
