About Us: We are a rapidly growing boutique real estate agency specializing in premium farmland acquisitions and investment advisory in the Gurgaon and NCR region. Our focus is on offering curated land investment opportunities with high appreciation potential, targeting affluent HNIs, urban professionals, and legacy planners. As we scale, we're looking to onboard high-performing Business Development Executives with a non-real estate background , specifically those with experience in luxury FMCG sales , who can bring their client engagement expertise, brand storytelling skills, and network-driven approach to a fast-growing real estate vertical. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and onboard new HNI and UHNI clients interested in farmland investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a consultative, value-driven sales experience. Represent the brand at industry events, private networking groups, and exclusive showcases. Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging and campaigns for a luxury buyer persona. Maintain a consistent pipeline and provide regular sales forecasting, activity tracking, and client updates. Provide market feedback and help shape offerings based on client sentiment and competitive landscape. What We're Looking For: 3–6 years of experience in luxury FMCG, premium consumer goods, or high-end lifestyle products. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. A consultative selling mindsetβ€”more advisor than agent. High level of professionalism, maturity, and confidence in engaging high-net-worth clients. Willingness to learn the real estate domain with structured training support. Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon NCR. Preferred Qualities: Background in brands known for luxury, exclusivity, or premium positioning. Proven track record in exceeding sales targets through relationship-based selling.
