Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients who have unclaimed or lost shares/investments.
• Conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and client meetings to explain services and convert leads.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients throughout the process.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads using CRM and calling software tools.
• Understand client needs and provide consultative selling to offer the right solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals confidently, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Generate referrals and repeat business through satisfied clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team for documentation and case handover.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales.
2. Prior experience in share recovery, IEPF claims, or financial consulting will be a strong advantage.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong understanding of sales process, client engagement, and deal closure.
5. Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and calling platforms.
6. Confident to conduct both in-person and online meetings with clients.
7. Education: Graduate (Commerce or Finance background preferred).
