We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to manage inbound sales and drive growth across international markets (EUROPE/US/APAC). This is a full-time onsite role in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound inquiries (calls, emails, chat) and qualify leads.
Conduct product demos & consultations; nurture leads through the pipeline.
Handle the end-to-end sales cycle and close deals effectively.
Prepare proposals, collaborate with marketing & operations teams, and achieve sales targets.
Track market trends and contribute insights for strategy improvement.
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot) and prepare sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA/PGDBM mandatory; BE/BTech preferred.
0–2 years B2B sales experience, with exposure to US/EUROPE markets.
Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
CRM proficiency; multilingual is a plus.
Self-driven and result-oriented.
