As a Business Development Manager/Business Development Executive, your role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting training programs tailored for corporates, professionals, and aspirants. You will be responsible for: - Generating new business opportunities for professional training and upskilling programs. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships with corporates and professionals. - Understanding client requirements and aligning them with offerings. - Meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth. - Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored training solutions. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in EdTech, Training, or Professional Services. - A proven track record in achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities. - Self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and adaptability. - A Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
