Role: Business Development Manager/Business Development Executive Experience: 2-4 years Location: Trivandrum Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager with 2–4 years of experience. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting training programs tailored for corporates, professionals, and aspirants. Key Responsibilities  Generate new business opportunities for professional training and upskilling programs.  Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates and professionals.  Understand client requirements and align them with offerings.  Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.  Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients.  Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored training solutions. Requirements  2–4 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in EdTech, Training, or Professional Services).  Proven track record in achieving sales targets.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.  Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
