Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager with 2–4
years of experience. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client
relationships, and promoting training programs tailored for corporates, professionals, and aspirants.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for professional training and upskilling programs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates and professionals.
Understand client requirements and align them with offerings.
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored training solutions.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in EdTech, Training, or
Professional Services).
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
