As a Center Manager, your role is crucial in increasing profitability by efficiently utilizing resources, implementing innovative cost reduction strategies, and maximizing revenue through training and other services. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing the end-to-end student admission cycle effectively. - Evaluating the effectiveness of various student recruitment techniques. - Welcoming prospective students through processing paperwork, conducting interviews, and follow-up activities. - Handling student enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner. - Timely updating and scheduling of upcoming batches for team members, trainers, and students. - Achieving targets set by the Management. - Maintaining a Management Information System (MIS) of students who have taken admissions or made enquiries. - Developing a strong alumni network and organizing student interactive sessions. - Following recruiting policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations. - Enhancing the reputation of the admissions department and the institute by fulfilling new requests effectively. - Building relationships within the community surrounding the Center.
