As a Centre Manager/Head at KLAY, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our childcare and prep school centres. Your role will involve interacting with parents and managing a team of educators to provide a nurturing environment for every child. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing the entire Centre Operations and team - Handling walk-ins and converting them to admissions - Acting as a single point of contact for parents and the team - Mentoring and coaching the team - Ensuring the profitability of the Centre To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies and skill set: - Excellent interpersonal skills for parent and team interactions - Customer-oriented mindset - Attention to detail and self-driven attitude - Strong sense of ownership and responsibility - Problem-solving skills and a team player mentality - Working knowledge in Early Childhood Education - Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and numerical acumen Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or a degree in Early Childhood Education, along with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Alternatively, individuals with a background in retail, customer service, or client servicing are encouraged to apply.
