Role Description

Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for:

• Generating and qualifying leads through market research, email campaigns, cold calling (international regions), and other lead generation platforms.
• Scheduling exploratory calls with C-level prospects, qualifying leads based on technical & commercial criteria, analyzing RFI/RFP requirements, and nurturing opportunities through to proposal submission.
• Generating leads from trade shows, events, and marketing efforts.
• Preparing proposals and marketing collateral such as presentations and brochures.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams and managing customer communications.
• Working in a flexible time shift to cover North American prospects.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Business and Account Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Preferred Education: BE or Diploma in Engineering (EC, CE, IT), BCA
• Experience in the technology or electronics industry is a plus
