We are looking for an experienced Edtech BDEs (0-4 years) to join our EdTech team. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, understand their upskilling needs, provide detailed information about our programs, and enrollment.
• Identify and generate leads by understanding students upskilling needs based on their interests.
• Provide comprehensive program details over the phone and build a solid pipeline of prospective students.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets.
• Help students navigate their career choices and the importance of skill development.
• Match candidates needs to the right educational programs through active listening and tailored consultation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in Edutech domain.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform and meet goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
