Required Skills & Experience: - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the asset / investment management domain . - Strong understanding of performance attribution and benchmarking concepts. - Experience with Aladdin (especially Accounting and Performance modules) is highly preferred. - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Familiarity with performance systems like FactSet , Morningstar , or Bloomberg PORT is a plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field. - CFA or CIPM certification is a plus.
