• Build and execute a winning sales strategy aligned with our mission in the EdTech space.
• Set clear revenue goals and lead the team to exceed them - annually and quarterly
• Take ownership of the entire sales funnel: from identifying organic lead sources to closing deals.
• Hire, train, and lead a team of passionate sales professionals only for offline
• Define and track key KPIs, run performance reviews, and create growth plans for the team.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach to coaching and closing.
• Drive quality lead generation through referrals, college networks, partnerships, events, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing to turn thought leadership and content.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers in colleges, institutions, or corporates
• Understand their unique pain points and present solutions that add real educational value.
• Negotiate and close high-stakes B2B and B2C deals, with a focus on long-term success.
• Work hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure the sales strategy is aligned with company goals.
• Bring back insights from the market to shape product direction and positioning
