We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new customers, and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential customers, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire customers for our credit transfer services.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
6. Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the management team.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the financial services industry (desirable).
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong business acumen and ability to identify new opportunities.
4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
