Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage sellers on Alibabas global B2B platform.
  • Generate leads, pitch services, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote Alibaba memberships.
  • Build strong relationships with SMEs, manufacturers, and exporters.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, account setup, and after-sales support.
  • Keep track of market trends and competitors to maximize opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA with 1–3 years of experience in B2B or e-commerce sales (Alibaba / IndiaMART / TradeIndia experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
  • Good understanding of online marketplaces and export/import trade.
  • Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
