We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth and build strong client relationships in Dubais recruitment market. This role is exclusively for women candidates who have experience in Dubai hiring and are looking for a work-from-home opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for recruitment services in Dubai. Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, and business owners.
