We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth and build strong client relationships in Dubais recruitment market. This role is exclusively for women candidates who have experience in Dubai hiring and are looking for a work-from-home opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for recruitment services in Dubai. Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, and business owners. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in various industries. Conduct market research to understand hiring trends and recruitment needs in Dubai. Utilize LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital tools for lead generation. Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client onboarding and hiring processes. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve business development targets. Requirements: Proven experience in business development and lead generation for recruitment services in Dubai. Strong network and understanding of Dubais hiring market . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms.
