Job Description

Role Summary:

Seeking a result-driven BDE to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You’ll champion B2B sales—from lead generation to deal closure—focusing on clients in automotive, automation, or robotics industries.


· Prospect and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, social platforms, trade shows, and partner ecosystems (e.g. system integrators, OEMs).

· Maintain and grow relationships with potential and existing B2B clients

· Deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals

· Understand client needs and align solutions from our product/tech offerings

· Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. product, engineering, marketing) to craft proposals

· Track activities and pipelines using CRM tools; report regularly on progress


Work Experience:

  • 4–7 years in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Preferable experience selling to automotive OEMs, automation firms, robotics integrators, or industrial clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and order-based sales targets.
