Job Requirements ----

  1. Proven Experience on bidding platforms such as

    UPWORK for Agency Accounts

  2. Experience in selling

    IT services

    (Website & ECommerce Stores, Digital Marketing, Branding, SEO etc)
  3. Excellent

    written and verbal communication skills

    in English
  4. Experienced in handling

    international clients

    (AU & US)

Roles & Responsibilities ----

  1. Candidate must be willing to work in

    Australian Time Zone

    (AEST), in sync with Daylight Saving Time in AU (AEDT).
  2. Identify and develop sales strategies through different channels and marketplaces like

    Upwork, Google Ads

    etc.
  3. Identify and secure new business opportunities by bidding on contracts and

    responding to requests for proposals

    .
  4. Set up online meetings with clients, understand requirements and propose business services and solutions.
  5. Discuss with technical managers to get

    effort estimates

    .
  6. Negotiate with clients and

    close deals

    .
  7. Collaborate with the team to continuously build and upgrade sales and pre-sales related material
