Design Skills: Strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. UX Expertise: Experience with user research, wireframing and prototyping . Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Nice to Have: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for design handoffs. Identify and develop sales strategies through different channels and marketplaces like Upwork, Google Ads etc. Identify and secure new business opportunities by bidding on contracts and responding to requests for proposals . Set up online meetings with clients, understand requirements and propose business services and solutions. Discuss with technical managers to get effort estimates .
