Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our IT sales team as a Business Development Executive. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in the IT industry and gain hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, and other online platforms.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT services (web/app development, software solutions, etc.).
Set up meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are well-communicated and executed.
Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and client information.
Support in achieving sales targets and expanding the client base.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT services (web development, app development, SaaS, etc.).
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Good analytical and research skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and MS Office.
