Job Description

Technical Lead


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Design and implement solutions using

    .NET, C#, Azure, Power Platform, and SharePoint

    .
  • Integrate

    AI/ML capabilities

    (Azure AI, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software development experience (3+ years in a lead role).
  • Strong expertise in

    .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and Microsoft ecosystem

    .
  • Experience with

    AI/ML services

    on Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps (Azure DevOps/GitHub) and cloud-native applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft certifications (Azure AI Engineer, Azure Architect, etc.).
  • Experience with Power Automate/RPA and ML model deployment.
